We use Australia Post. Once your order is shipped, you'll get an email confirmation from us with a tracking number (if available). Delivery within Australia normally takes 2-5 business days to arrive.

For any returns please be sure to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you ship your package back to us so we know to expect it.
We want you to be happy with your product. If something isn't right or you've just simply changed your mind, we are happy to accept a return within 14 days of receipt of item. To return an item:
1. Please return your item(s) to the address written on the paperwork. Include the original paperwork with the order and note down the key details or keep a copy for yourself.
2. Once we have the item(s) back safely and they have been checked as re-saleable we are happy to refund the cost of the product(s) to you.
3. Refunds can only be processed to the credit card you used to pay originally. There are no exceptions to this.
4. If the item is defective: Sorry about that! And we are happy to exchange it for the same item at no additional cost to you. Should you prefer to return it, we will refund the cost of the product + outbound shipping to you + return postage to us (at a cap of $4 within Australia and $10 internationally).
5. If you have changed your mind: No sweat, we all do it. We're happy to refund you the cost of the product after it arrives back to us. We do not refund outbound shipping or return postage if you've changed your mind.
6. It is expected that the items will be returned to us in the same condition in which they arrived.
